My classes and workshops for teens allow a safe space for teenagers to connect to their bodies at a time where they might feel very disconnected. My classes focus on opening into safety and joy through working to restore connection and flexibility to the nervous system. By doing so we can find the balance, confidence and self compassion necessary to thrive, whilst developing flexibility and strength in body and mind.

Examples of workshops for teens include; yoga for positive body image and yoga for anxiety. Please get in touch if you are interested in creating classes or workshops for teens.
